Minute Taking & Meeting Management

1024-SS-COM-104

Duration

1 Day  |  In-house at your offices or live online  |  Minimum 5 delegates

Description

Capture what matters. Write accurate, concise minutes for formal, semi-formal and action meetings. If nobody can agree on what was decided, the meeting achieved nothing. Delegates learn the minute taker’s role before, during and after a meeting, how to listen and summarise under pressure, which minute style to use when, and how to set agendas and keep a minute book.
