Understand thinking styles, communicate better and build teams that perform and innovate together. Most people are never taught how to work well in a team. This workshop covers the behaviours that make teamwork work, the stages every team goes through, and the Whole Brain Team Model, so members understand their own thinking profile and use each other’s strengths.
